Ms. Annie M. Eddie, 79, of 611 Fairfax Avenue, Wilson, NC, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2016.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm also at Stevens Funeral Home,

Burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, Lane Street Ext., Wilson, NC.

Mrs. Eddie was preceded in death by: two sons, Jeffery Eddie and Robert Eddie; one daughter, Alice Eddie; three sisters, Sadie Lucas, Myra Strickland and Marjorie Lucas; four brothers, James Lancaster, Robert Lancaster, Herbert Lancaster and Eddie Lancaster.

She leaves cherished memories to: one son, Kenneth Eddie; four daughters, Vernice Hines, Berncie Davis, Laura Eddie and Velma Hinnant; sixteen grandchildren; twenty eight great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; Meco Eddie, whom she reared; two sisters, Peggy Hines and Gladys Evans; special friends, Bessie Barnes and P-Nut; her caregiver, Quindolyn Edwards; a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends
