Mrs. Roberta Hilliard Wright, 48, of 508 Winstead Street, Wilson, NC, passed away on August 22, 2015 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 11:00 am at Union Grove Primitive Baptist Church, 519 Singletary Street, Wilson, NC.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 from 2:00pm until 6:00pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Mrs. Wright was preceded in death by her father, Robert Ray Speight.

She leaves cherished memories to: her husband, David Wright; one daughter,Quantina Wright of Wilson, NC; her mother, Mary Sanders Ellis of Wilson, NC; two brothers, Carmichael Hilliard (Regina) of Moutrie GA, and Charles Hilliard (Etta) of Wilson, NC; eight sisters, Velma S. White (William) of Winston Salem, NC, Mary Cooper (Jimmie) of Wilson, NC, Carolyn Baines (Levern) of Wilson, NC, Sheala King (John) of Brooklyn, NY, Edna Goines (Gregory) of Graham, NC and Charlotte Renee Barnes (Leonard) of Wilson, NC, Wanda Sanders and Veronica Jones; four aunts, Odessa Watson, Doreatha Mitchell, Marjorie Hargie and Peggy Ellis; two uncles, Theodore Sanders (Annie) and Fredrick Drake (Ann), cousin/bestfriend, Pam Carter; special friend, James Ingram; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
