I just learned today of Jacob's passing. My deepest sympathy and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Jacob was a precious boy who will always hold a special place in my heart and memories! I was truly blessed to have the opportunity to teach and love him. His smile always brightened my day. May God comfort you with His peace.

Gone but never forgotten. Now Jacob can experience everything in heaven that this world and his conditions kept from him. I bet he's walking, running, talking, smiling, and being an angel watching over his family now. He has truly given me a different perspective on life and I am thankful for the time I spent with him.
