Dennis Edwards

Mr. Dennis Edwards, 53, of Wilson, NC passed away on November 25, 2015 at Southeast Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, December 3, 2015, 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr., Parkway, Wilson, NC.

A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home.

Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his father, Johnnie Frank Edwards.

He leaves cherished memories to: his devoted wife, Valarie Edwards of the home; two daughters, Rene' Brown of Wilson, NC, and Dennise Edwards of the home; four grandchildren, Ky'Azjah Brown, Antwan Newsome, Antavion Edwards, and Adarris Moore; his mother, Shirley Gray Edwards of the home; four brothers, John Edwards (Wanda),  Otis Edwards (Sherill), Ricky Edwards, and Lorenzo Edwards,  all of Wilson, NC; three sisters, Gloria Artis, Carolyn Artis, and JoAnn Finch all of Wilson, NC; his mother-in-law, Eva Brown of the home; two sisters-in-law, Linda Faye Newell of Wilson, NC, and Vickie Dickerson of Augusta, GA; one brother-in-law, James "Jimmy" Brown (Gennal) of Hinesville, GA; a host of  aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
