Mr. Tony A. Edmundson, 71, of Wilson, NC, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at the ECU Health Hospice House in Greenville, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Wilson Chapel F.W.B. Church, 513 E. Barnes Street, Wilson, NC. Bishop Robert L. Gorham will officiate and burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.

A book signing is scheduled for Friday, March 20, 2026 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC.  At other times, the family will greet friends at the home of his niece, Ericka Edmundson, 4531 Dewfield Dr., N., Wilson, NC and at the home of his brother, Frankie Edmundson, 3206 Brentwood Dr., Wilson, NC.  The family will meet at 4531 Dewfield Dr., N., Wilson, NC on Saturday at 12:00 noon in preparation for the funeral procession.
