Ms. Tameka S. Newkirk, 35, of Wilson, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC.

A celebration of her life will be held at 1:30 pm on Sunday, August 18, 2024 at Simon Grove Holiness Church, 4334 NC Highway 42 East, Wilson, North Carolina.  Pastor Terry Wilson will deliver the words of comfort.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Wilson.

A public viewing will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Stevens.  The family will assemble at the residence one hour prior to the service for the funeral procession.  Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
