Shirlay Ann Campbell, 57, of 2000 Fieldcrest Road, Wilson, NC, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2020, at Wilson Medical Center.

The funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, July 07, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Contending For The Faith Church Ministries, 1006 Academy Street East, Wilson, NC. Pastor Dameion Royal will deliver the message. The burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Lane Street, Wilson, NC.

A public viewing is scheduled for Monday, July 06, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Preceding her in death were: her father, John Bullock, Jr. and step-father, Bruce W. Edwards.

Many loving and cherished memories are left to: her mother, Gloria J. Edwards; three brothers, Michael J. Campbell (Sharon) who was her caregiver, Thaddeus Tucker (Tara) and Stanley Wood (Carla); two step-brothers, Bruce Edwards, Jr. and Michael Edwards (Gwen); one sister, Bertha Grace Ward; three uncles, Eddie Campbell, Roy Campbell and James Coel; four aunts, Annie Ruth Speight, Hattie Lee, Jean Bullock and Ann Campbell; twelve nieces and nephews, Tasha (Cole), De’Marcus, Tracey, Sheretta, Michele’Le, Michael II, Kassidy, Brittany (Mike), Kentrell, Chris, TJ and Ta’Kayla; several great nieces and nephews, eight special cousins, Alice (Clarence), Annie Doris, Helen, Lorraine, Ollie Jean, Anthony, Don and Tony; eight special friends, Debra, Cheryl, Lowvenia, Sheila, Devora, Karen, James “Flatty” and Charles Batts; a dear person, whom she affectionately called “Daddy”, Mr. Nathaniel Tucker (Gladys) and a host of other relatives and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
