Mr. Samuel Ray Smith, Sr., 77, of 6206 Moyer Ave., Baltimore, MD, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Accent at Franklin Square, Baltimore, Maryland.

The funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at St. Rose Church of Christ, 605 Douglas Street, Wilson, NC. Bishop Henry Cox will deliver the Words of Comfort. The burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, 1603 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street (formerly Lane Street), Wilson, NC.

The public walk-through visitation is scheduled from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2022, at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
