Ruby L. James

Ms. Ruby L. James, 92, of 304 Rountree Street, West, Wilson, NC, passed away on November 14, 2024, at Wilson Medical Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

A celebration of her life and legacy will be held at 12 noon on Friday, November 22, 2024 in the chapel of Stevens Funeral Home.  Elder Herman Lucas will officiate.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Wilson, NC.  

A public visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home.  The family will be receiving friends at the home of her daughter, Peggy Faison, 306 Warren Street West, Wilson, North Carolina and will assemble there at 11:00 am on Friday in preparation of the funeral procession.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
