Robert "Bobby Sox" Evans, Jr.

Mr. Robert Evans, Jr., 78, of 1815 Snowden Drive, Wilson, North Carolina, affectionately known as "Bobby Sox", passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026, in Wilson, North Carolina.  His funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. Pastor Ronald Crutchfield will deliver the eulogy.  Interment will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.  At other times, the family will receive friends at the residence and will also assemble there on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
