Quanisha M. Rouse

Ms. Quanisha M. Rouse, 41, of 700 Libby Street, Wilson, NC, passed away September 28, 2018 at Wilson Medical Center.

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 1:00 pm Farmington Heights Church, 910 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson, NC. Pastor LaVan Phillips  will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in  Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC. 

A public visitation will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

The family will receive friends at the home, where they will assemble on Saturday at 12:00 noon, in preparation for the funeral procession. 

Quanisha leaves to many fond and cherished memories; two sons, JeRyan Tyric Rouse and Jaston Shamory Rouse; one daughter, Jayia Marchate Rouse; her mother, Julia Ann  Rouse and her father, Randolph Barnes both of Wilson, NC; two sisters, Jashayla N. Rouse (Clay) and Regina Lucas; two brothers, Keenan L. Rouse (Hope) and Randy Barnes (Shannon); one step-sister, Melissa Barnes; four aunts, Nadine Barnes, Carla Barnes-Jones (Oscar), Dedorah Barnes-Sanders (Daryl) and Betty Jean-Willams of Richmond, VA; four uncles, Ronnie Barnes , Kenneth Barnes , Carl Barnes (Evelyn) and Anthony Barnes; two great aunts, Minnie Ruth Hall and Katrina Best (David) ; a godmother, Bertha Lucas; three nieces; eight Nephews;  several cousins, other relatives and close friends who loved her dearly.

Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
