Niame Leon Pender

Mr. Niame Leon Pender, 36, of Stantonsburg, NC, passed away on February 24, 2018 at Wilson Medical Center.

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. Burial will follow in Saint Delight Cemetery in Walstonburg, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm also at Stevens Funeral Home.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Niame was preceded in death by: his father, Leon Livingston and his aunt, Ann Mitchell.

He leaves cherished memories to: one daughter, Jakiera Myers Pender; two sons, Jahkym Warren Pender and Naasir Pender; his loving mother, Sandra Pender (fiancé- James Anderson); four sisters, Dominique Deans (Stan Jenkins), Erica Green, Kitzi Tucker Pippens (Alton) and Tiffany Brggmon; three brothers, Daiqan Livingston, Dominique Livingston and Damien Livingston; two nieces, Ari Edwards and Tanisha Arnold; one nephew, Terrell Pender;  grandparents, Mary Baker, Merlean Livingston, Charlie Pender, and James and Brenda Anderson ; one great grandmother, Nina Mae Pender; two maternal aunts, Nancy Pender and Lisa Palmer Harris; three maternal uncles, Bruce Pender, Michael Isom and Antwan Harris; a host of paternal aunts and uncles; five great aunts, Queenie Harris, Shirley Pender, Felicia Pender, Bessie Mae Atkinson (Luther) and Bettie Lou Edwards; five great uncles, Mack Pender, Willie Pender (Swanzetta), Orlando Pender, Jimmie Pender and Gerl Pender; two god-children, Lauryn Crooms and Kaiden Bullock; god-brothers, Bobby, Kendall, Munchie, Tony, Mike, Creshon, Terrell, Eddie and Anthony; Special friends, Jamal, Lil Larry, Lil Roderick, Johnny, James Boddie, Rob, Bud, Cal, Gary, Tim, Leonard and James; two special family friends, Keyia Warren, Shameka Bullock and Keesha Wade; a host of special cousins on the Baker, Pender and Anderson side, other relatives and friends.
