Mr. Moses David Barron, Jr., 64, of 701 Anson St. NE, Wilson, NC, passed away on November 18, 2020, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC.

A graveside service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 29, 2020, at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N., Forbes Street, Wilson, NC. Elder Albert Barron will deliver the eulogy.

A public walk-through visitation is scheduled for Saturday, November 28, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Moses was preceded in death by: his parents, Moses David Barron, Sr. and Anna Lue Barron; sister, Helen D. McClain; brother, Linwood Junior Barron.

He leaves to cherish wonderful memories: his loving wife, Barbara Snead Barron of the home in Wilson, NC; son, TyKii Woodard (Candace) Wilson, NC; stepson, Dedren Snead (Nedira) Snellville, GA; eight grandchildren, Caleb Lucas, Joziah Woodard, Maliah Woodard,  Zahira Woodard, Kenzie Woodard, Victor Snead, Andrew Snead, and Sophia Snead; two sisters, Clara Ruth McGee, Maxton, NC, Martha Ann Black (Samuel) Walstonburg, NC; three brothers, Elder Albert Barron (Ann) Jason, NC, Douglas Barron (Linda) Wilson, NC, and Ervin Ray Spivey (Leslie), Germantown, MD, four sisters-in-law, Julia Swinson (Tim) Snow Hill, NC, Sadie Tuten (Earl), Snow Hill, NC, Mertie Snead, Raleigh, NC, Ella Bost (Ed), Harrisburg, NC; two brothers-in-law, Billy Yelverton (Evelyn) Wilson, NC, Jesse Snead (Elaine), Snow Hill, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends, including five special friends, James Applewhite, Ray McMillian, Arthur Pigford, Kain Sauls, and Curt Newsome.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
