Ms. Mildred Cox, 90, of Brooklyn, New York transitioned from labor to reward on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.

Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Pilgrim Church, 628 Central Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11207.  A public viewing will also be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Pilgrim Church.

Interment will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 21, 2026 in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street, Wilson, North Caroina.  Arrangements in Brooklyn, New York are entrusted to Sampson Funeral Service, 2601 Pitkin Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11208.  

Local arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, North Carolina 27893.
