Mary Belle Langston

Ms. Mary Belle Langston, 90, of 2607 Winding Ridge Drive W., Wilson, NC, passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021, at Wilson Medical Center, Wilson, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at L.N. Forbes OFWB Tabernacle, 1800 Bishop L. N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC. The burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC.

The public visitation is scheduled for Friday, November 12, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., at Stevens Funeral Home.

Preceding Mary Belle in death were: two sons, Jerome Eric Langston and Derrick Bernard Langston; her mother, Ethel Langston McNeil; one brother, Eddie Gray Langston; and her maternal grandparents, Annie Langston and John Langston    

Left to cherish fond and wonderful memories are: four children, Cynthia Diane Langston Jones (Luther), Lundy Ruffles Langston, Barbara Sue Langston, and   Edwin Brian Langston, Sr.; fifteen grandchildren, Clinton Lamont, Tari, Charles Jr., Erica, Christopher,  Allan, Keanesha, Edwin Brian Jr., Brandon, Sean,    Brianna, Erika, Jason, Jasmine, and John; nineteen great grandchildren, including a special great-grandchild, Nicole; one god-daughter, Ernestine Darden Dunn; one god-son, Elijah White; and a host of nieces, including a special niece, Shelia Barnes, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and many friends.

 Arrangements have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
