Lula Mae Artis Obituary
Ms. Lula Mae Artis, 89, of Wilson, NC passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025. The family will receive family and friends at 208 SE Reid Street, Wilson, NC (corner of Hines and Reid Street).
The funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at L.N. Forbes OFWB Tabernacle, 1800 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC. Minister Quincy Spell will deliver the eulogy. The burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes St., Wilson, NC. The family will meet at 4313 Top Ridge Court, Wilson, NC on Sunday at 1 pm in preparation for the funeral procession.
A public visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Salisbury AME Zion Church, 2029 Lipscomb Road, Wilson, NC.
Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC.
