Ms. Linda Atkinson, 73, of 1917 Longview Drive, Wilson, NC, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 5, 2023 at her home.
A home going celebration will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 10, 2023 at Atkins Memorial Tabernacle, 6740 Rock Ridge Sims Rd., Sims, NC. Pastor Nathaniel Spells will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.
The public viewing is scheduled for Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. At other times, the family will meet at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Paul and Patricia Woodard, 5069 Colorado Road, Bailey, NC and will also meet there on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC.
