Ms. LaJulius "Ma Jack" Rodgers Becton, 76, of 5408 Speights Bridge Rd., Stantonsburg, NC, transitioned from labor to reward on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at Wayne UNC Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, NC.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at L.N. Forbes OFWB Tabernacle, 1800 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC. Dr. Winslow T. Forbes will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in Edwards Family Cemetery, 479 Lane Street, Stantonsburg, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home and an Inspirational Wake from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Greater Zion Free Will Baptist Church, 305 S. Travis Street, Stantonsburg, NC.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC.
