Joyce Woodard Pettiford

Evangelist Joyce Woodard Pettiford, 87, formerly of Wilson, transitioned to glory on Thursday, July 25, 2024. 

Her celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at Atkins Memorial Tabernacle, 6740 Rock Ridge Sims Rd, Sims, NC. A public viewing will begin at 10:00am. Pastor Andrew Barbour will deliver the words of comfort, and the burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.

A public visitation is scheduled for Friday, August 9, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, Wilson, NC.
