Ms. Journey Mekayla Coleman, 18, of 609 Highland Avenue, Henderson, NC, passed away Sunday, September 26, 2021, at Wayne UNC Health Center of Goldsboro, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at The Tabernacle Temple of Jesus Christ, 1601 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC. The Burial will follow in the Whitley Family Cemetery, Lucama, NC.

The public visitation is scheduled for Saturday, October 2, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Baskerville Funeral Home, 104 Chesnut Street, Henderson, NC.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
