Mr. Joseph Matthew Stevens, 78, of Eustis, Florida transitioned from labor to reward.  

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, February 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop LN Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will also be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, from 11:00 am until 1:45 pm prior to the service.

The family will meet at Stevens Funeral Home on Monday at 1:45 pm in preparation for the funeral service.
