Mr. John T. Evans, 56, of Rocky Mount, NC passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025.

The funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 am on Monday, February 10, 2025, at Piney Groves Free Will Baptist Church, 309 N. Vick Street, Wilson, NC.  Bishop Robert Smith Jr. will deliver the eulogy, and the burial will follow at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held prior to the funeral service from 10:00 am until 10:45 am on Monday, February 10, 2025, at Piney Groves Free Will Baptist Church, 309 Vick Street E., Wilson, NC.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC.
