Mr. Jimmie Lee Sutton, 88, of 4522 Dewfield Drive, N., Wilson, NC, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026, at his residence.

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at L. N. Forbes O.F.W.B. Tabernacle, 1800 Bishop L. N. Forbes Street., Wilson, NC.  Bishop Arinzor Blue will officiate and burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L. N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.

The public visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC.  At other times, starting on Thursday, March 12, 2026, the family will receive friends at the residence.  The family will also meet at the residence on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
