Ms. Janice Kay Anderson, 57, of Wilson, NC, passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021, at Wilson Medical Center, Wilson, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2021, at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

A public walk-through is scheduled for Friday, April 9, 2021, from 3:00 .m. until 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Preceding her in death were: her parents, James and Thelma Anderson; three brothers, Donald Anderson, Curtis Anderson and James Anderson.

A Time to be Remembered

Left to cherish her precious memories are: her loving children, Delisa Anderson of Wilson, NC, and MurRay Anderson of Newport News, VA; six grandchildren, Ja’Quan Bunch, Ja’Quarra Bunch, and Desmen Bunch, Ianaya Wooton, Kanaya Wooton, and Gabrielle Wilson; three great grandchildren, Sky’ia Wilson, De’Ron Wilson, and Say Batts; five sisters, including her twin sister, Jessie Whitsett (William) of Greensboro, NC, Cynthia Jones (Clifton) of    Tarboro, NC, Martha Rawls (Frank) of Selma, AL, Mary Hilliard of Wilson, NC, Connie Chatman of Lucama, NC, and Betty Woodard of Wilson, NC; three brothers, Arthur Anderson (Niecy), Larry Anderson (Gwen), and Marvin “Toot” Anderson, all of Wilson, NC; four aunts, Doretha Moody, Almeta Rawls, and Estella Anderson, all of Wilson, NC and Mary Harris of Baltimore, MD; two sisters-in-law, Gerladine Anderson and Brenda Anderson, Both of Wilson, NC; two special friends, William T. Hilliard and Kenny Earl Sessoms; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, North Carolina 27893.
