James Earl Hamm

Mr. James Earl Hamm, 76, of 7035 Neal Road, Lucama, NC, passed away, Tuesday, September 14, 2020, at his home.

The graveside service is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2020, at 12:00 noon at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Lane Street Ext., Wilson, NC. Pastor Jeffrey Simms will deliver the word of comfort.

Preceding him in death were: his parents, Jesse Hamm and Ruth Foreman Hamm and one brother, Robert L. Hamm.

Left to cherish his memories are: his wife, Beatrice Jean Hamm; two daughters, Sharon Deniece Hamm and Teresa Hamm Whatley (Lamar); one son Jody Lee Hamm; six sisters, Jessie M. Davis, Emily H. Davis (Willie), Layeforest H. Donald (Joseph), Brena H. Little (James), Joyce Hamm and Janice M. Hamm; two brothers, Jerry L. Hamm (Linda) and Allen T. Hamm.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
