Jamal Taurean Davis

Mr. Jamal Taurean Davis, 31, of 2223 Imperial Avenue, Wilson, NC passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2023, at his home.  

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, April 8, 2023, at 12:00 noon at Brown Chapel F.W.B. Church, 1507 Hadley Street, SE, Wilson, NC.  Pastor Justin Barnes will deliver the message.  

A public visitation is scheduled for Friday, April 7, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at Stevens Funeral Home.

He leaves loving and cherished memories to: his wife, Siera H. Davis, of the home; three children, Greyson Davis and Londyn Darden, both of the home and Arianna Davis of Wilson, NC;  his parents, James Thompson and his wife, Michelle, of Charlotte, NC and Gwendolyn Davis-King and her husband (Alfonza) of Wilson, NC; one sister, Naquita Davis of Wilson, NC and one step-sister, Kim Kelly, of Wilson, NC; two brothers, Kevin Kelly of Smithfield, NC and D'Angelo Rivers of Charleston, SC; his grandparents, Hilda Roundtree and Pastor Mable Holden Thompson and her husband, James L. Thompson, both of Wilson, NC; several aunts and uncles; his mother-in-law, Michelle Vines of Wilson, NC; his father-in-law, Larry Hill, III and his wife, Sharon, of Tarboro, NC; one sister-in-law, Shamecka Hill of Durham, NC; two brothers-in-law, Larry Hill, IV and his wife, Tiarica, of Wilson, NC and Nicholas Hill of Wilson, NC; grandparents-in-law, Annie Vines of Wilson, NC and Larry Hill, II of Houston, TX; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including his brothers of Omicron Gamma Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

Services have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC.
