Ms. Heather Lengel, 35, of Wilson, NC, passed away on October 10, 2023, at ECU Health Medical Center.

A Celebration of Life ceremony is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at Stevens Funeral Home, Wilson, NC.

All other services will be private, at the family's request.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
