Mrs. Frankie Lynch, 80, of 4314 Trey Road, Wilson, NC, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at her home.
Funeral arrangements have been scheduled for Sunday, September 27, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr., Wilson, NC.
A public visitation is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. Pastor Patricia Thompson will deliver the eulogy and burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Lane Street Ext., Wilson, NC. The family will meet at Stevens Funeral Home on Sunday at 1:45 p.m. in preparation for the funeral service.
Mrs. Lynch was preceded in death by: her husband, John D. Lynch and her parents, Frank Hicks and Nancy Mollie Rodd Hicks.
She leaves precious memories to: ten children, Charles Jay Glaspie (Elke) of Belleville, IL and Jacob Jerome Singleton of Yemasse, SC, Carlene Lofton (Timothy) of Wilson, NC, Katrina Knight (Clay) and Treva Battle (Nathaniel), all of Rocky Mount, NC;, Vernitta Spruill of Raleigh, NC, Michael Deloach (Iris) of Rocky Mount, NC, John Rapheal Lynch of Wilson, NC, Jonathan Lynch (Agnus) of Hampton, NY and Thomas Farmer (Charlene) of Texas; nineteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Willie Mae Faison of Yemassee, SC and Maxine Ashton of Detroit, MI; two sisters-in-law, Minister Earline Epps (Alfred) and Elvira Jones (Pastor James Jones), all of Rocky Mount, NC; two brothers-in-law, Jessie Lynch (DeDe) of Sanford, NC and Bruce Lynch of Freeport, Long Island, NY; God-daughter, Michelle Taylor of Wilson, NC and a special cousins, Wilhemina Taylor of Wilson, NC, Francita Smith and Elnora Locklear, both of South Carolina; special friends, Marshall Thompson, Willie Dixon and Mr. & Mrs. Arnold Joyner; her caregiver, Teresa Sanders from Higher Heights Home Health Services; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
