Elder Deacon John Wilsher, 78, of 3545 Mansfield Drive, Rocky Mount, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2024, at Duke Medicine Pavilion of Durham, NC. 

The funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 2:00 pm at William Chapel Church, 6154 William Chapel Church Road, Elm City, NC. Bishop Joshua D. Wilsher will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop LN Street, Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm also at William Chapel Church with an inspirational wake service beginning at 5:00pm.
