Dorothy Lee Curtis

Ms. Dorothy Lee Curtis, 80, passed away Friday, November 19, 2021, at Accordius Health at Wilson, in Wilson, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Contending For the Faith Church Ministries, 1006 Academy St., Wilson, NC.  Dr. Dameion Royal will deliver the eulogy and burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, 1603 Bishop L. N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.  

The public visitation is scheduled for Friday, November 26, 2021 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC.  

Ms. Curtis leaves loving and cherished memories to:  her son, Michael Curtis (Tasha) of Wilson; her daughter, Phyllis Tillery of Wilson; six grandchildren, Tyesha Pettaway, Shenesha Chapman, Michael E. Tillery, Jr. Amber Curtis, Abre'a Curtis and Trinitee Harrison; five great grandchildren, Sgt. Desmond Pettaway, Jahterius Horne, Jamier Mitchell, Keimorah Mitchell and Malachi Jones; three sisters, Carrie "Cookie" Hall, Diane Ebron (Jerry) and Mary Ellis (Raymond); two brothers, Willie Earl Hill (Edna) and Joe Nathan Hill; an abundance of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including the staff members of Accordius Health at Wilson.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
