Deacon Edgar Lee Pope, 98 of Wilson, NC passed away Sunday, March 23, 2024, at Wilson Medical Center.

Funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Branch Memorial Tabernacle, 517 Hadley Street, Wilson, NC.  Elder Betty Lee will officiate and burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, Bishop L. N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.

The public walk-through visitation is scheduled for Friday, April 5, 2024 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC. The family will meet at 1600 Gold Street, N., on Saturday at 12 noon in preparation for the funeral procession.
