Mr. Costa Ronald Burgess, 57, better known as "Byrd", of 8030 Tedder Road, Lucama, NC, passed away, Saturday, May 18, 2024, at UNC Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, NC.
His funeral service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Stevens Funeral Home, Wilson, NC. Pastor Keith Webb will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L. N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., at Stevens Funeral Home, Wilson, NC.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC.
