Cashie Lee Farmer

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Tabernacle Temple of Jesus Christ, 1601 Bishop L. N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.  Pastor Justin Barnes will officiate and burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L. N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022, from :300 pm until 6:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Mr. Farmer was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Harris Farmer; his daughter Lori Ann Batts and his parents, Isaac Butler and Estelle Farmer Gunter.

He leaves loving and cherished memories to:  six sons, Samuel Harris of Woodbridge, VA, Reginald Harris (Rhonda) and Kevin Farmer (Erica), all of Wilson, NC, Jason Farmer (Lucy) of Raleigh, NC, Terrance Farmer (friend, Ana) of VA and Shaun Farmer of the home; one daughter, Nicole Evans (Jerome) of Wilson, NC; twenty-three grandchildren; several great grandchildren; eight sisters and brothers, Rosa Atkinson of Wilson, NC, Alma Manning (James) of Sharpsburg, NC, Elder Larry Gunter (Stella) of Rocky Mount, NC, JoAnne Bandy of Wilson, NC, Leroy Gunter (Doretha) of Rocky Mount, NC, Lillie Battle (Matthew) of Rocky Mount, NC, Jimmie Gunter of Rocky Mount, NC, and Tony Gunter (friend, Keata) of Rocky Mount, NC; one sister-in-law, Pastor Thelma Doris Young of Wilson, NC; and a host of nieces, Nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

The family will meet at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Reginald and Rhonda Harris, 3905 Rasberry Drive, Wilson, NC and at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Jerome and Nicole Evans, 2617 Ridge Road, NW, Wilson, NC.  On Saturday, May 21, 2022, the family will meet at Jerome and Nicole's home in preparation for the funeral procession at 12 noon.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
