Bruce Mason

Bruce June Mason, 49,  passed away peacefully on Monday, March 20th, 2023 at UNC Health Care Center, Pittsboro, NC. A book signing is scheduled for Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home.

Bruce was born on March 26, 1973, to his parents, William and Mary Mason, in Queens New York. Bruce was a kind, fun-loving and caring soul. He loved his dogs and celebrating holidays with his family. He was always the life of the party and would do whatever he could for his family and friends. Bruce was a special kind of gem that would give you the shirt off his back.    Bruce loved working as a flea market vendor. He will be missed and remembered for the many lives he touched and the people he captivated.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Mason.

He leaves wonderful memories to his loving wife, Petina Garcia; mother, Mary Mason; three brothers, Clyde Corbett ( Sheila), Anthony Mason (Debbie), and Baryon Mason; one sister, Kim Mason (Ibrahiam); nephews, Anthony, Jr., Jonathan, Zion, Kush, and Levi; nieces Lisa, Charisse, Elyse, Ashley. and Elyshebba, a host of other relatives and friends.
Bruce, everyone you left in this world hates that you are gone, but we are happy that you are home free and no longer suffering. We will always love and miss you. Until we meet again!
