Mr. Brian Dean Blackwell, 37, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021, at his home.
The funeral service has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 2, 2021, at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
Preceding Brian in death was his brother, Matthew Sampson.
Brian will forever be remembered by: his parents, Matthew E. Blackwell and Wilma Joyner Blackwell of Wilson, North Carolina; one sister, Kimberly Joyner of Hyattsville, Maryland; three aunts, Elder Deborah Blackwell of Wilson, North Carolina, Ethel Cox of Newark, New Jersey, and Julia Jones of Suitland, Maryland; seven uncles, Kenneth Blackwell (Ann), Willie Blackwell (Shirlene), Walter Blackwell (Gladys) all of Wilson, North Carolina, Kelvin Blackwell of Waldorf, Maryland, James Joyner of Suitland, Maryland, Carless Joyner of Alexander City, Alabama, and Joe Joyner of Fayetteville, North Carolina; three nieces; two nephews; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
