Ms. Bessie Mae Barnes, 95, of Wilson, NC, passed away on October 11, 2024, at her home.

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 11:00 am at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. Pastor Rudolph Lofton will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in Becky Pate Cemetery in Lucama, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm also at Stevens Funeral Home.
