Assistant Pastor, Elder Ellen Battle, 104, of Wilson, NC, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024, at Wilson Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Her Celebration of Life and Legacy will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Atkins Memorial Tabernacle, 6470 Rock Ridge Sims Rd, Sims, NC. The burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Gardens, 1603 L.N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.

The public visitation is scheduled for Friday, November 15, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., at Stevens Funeral Home, Wilson, NC with an Inspirational Wake following from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at St. John Apostolic Holiness Church, 5449 Central Rd., Black Creek, NC.

The family will meet at Atkins Memorial Tabernacle, 6470 Rock Ridge Sims Road, Sims, NC on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in preparation for the service.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC.
