Mr. Anthony "Tony" Ray Dublin, 55, of 505 Gold Street NE, Wilson, NC, passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
The funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 18, 2021, at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. Pastor Fred Jenkins will deliver the words of comfort. The burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Bishop L.N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC.
The public walk-through is scheduled from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
Preceding Tony in death were: his parents, Evangeline and Leonard Dublin; one sister, Pam O’Neal; and one brother, Darin Dublin.
Precious memories of Tony will forever be cherished by: his fiancée, Carnita Hester of the home; his six daughters, Brittany Rogers of Florida, Tabitha Conyers (Kenya), Shahteya Gamble, Shahkeya Gamble, Alaina Hester, and Carolyn Joyner all of Wilson, NC; his six sons, Thykeith Dublin (Amber) of South Hill, SC, Divine Dublin (Elaina) of Elm City, NC, Tony Jones (Teresa) of Raleigh, NC, Shateck Batts (Tiffany), DaRon Hester, Xavier Hester all of Wilson, NC; thirteen grandchildren, Alijah, Jamel, Harmony, Kemari, Jayden, Josiah, Shyangel, Caden, Cameron, Christian, Lasia, Trenton, and Trinity; four sisters, Jo Ann Barnes (Herbert) of Wilson, NC, Jacqueline Sanders (Eaker) of Stantonsburg, NC, Deborah White (CJ) of Rocky Mount, NC, and Jerilynn Walker of Wilson, NC; two brothers, Shannon Dublin of Selma, NC and Jeffrey L. Walker of Wilson, NC; three uncles, Hosea Moore of Goldsboro, NC, James Johnson and Vincent Dublin (Valca) of Wilson, NC; three nephews, Paris Dublin, Shane Dublin both of Wilson, NC, and Chavis Dublin of Selma, NC; seven nieces, TeKisha Barton, Shazette Dublin, Franise Best(Johnathan), Keana Johnson (Danny) all of Raleigh, NC, Shanara Brake (Isaac) of Nashville, NC, Tyler Palmer of Wilson, NC, and Keyoshia Sauls of Stantonsburg, NC; special friends, TC, Mickey Lee, Big Johnnie, Swine, Bobby King, and Linwood Batts; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends who may not be mentioned but held a special place in his heart.
