Annie Doris Braswell Williams

Ms. Annie Doris Braswell Williams, 70, of 5009 Curve Road, Elm City, NC, passed away on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at The Brian Center of Wilson, NC.

The graveside service is scheduled for Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Hamilton Burial Garden, 1603 Bishop L. N. Forbes Street, Wilson, NC. Pastor Justin Barnes will deliver the words of comfort.

The public walk-through is scheduled for Tuesday, May 25, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Along with her father, Bishop Edward Braswell, Sr,     Annie was preceded in death by: two brothers, Nathan Howard Braswell and Mark Anthony Braswell; two     sisters, Shirley Ann Braswell and Allene Braswell.

Ann leaves her cherished memories to: four children,    Millus Williams III (Tiffany) of Washington State,    Clarine Ann Williams of Queens, NY, Timothy Williams and Sylvester Williams (Sarena) both of Brooklyn, NY; ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren; her mother, Evangelist Clara Allene Braswell; eight siblings, Edward Lee Braswell, Jr. and Roscoe Braswell both of Elm City, Bobby Ray Braswell (Bet), Lillian Mae Ruffin, Willie Frank Braswell (Brenda), Dianne Braswell Pitt, Etta B. Hilliard (Charlie) and Arthur Lee Braswell all of Wilson, NC; three aunts, Jean Bonner of Wilson, NC, Louise  Williams of Cary, NC and Carolyn Bynum of MD; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
