Amos Jolley

Mr. Amos Jolley, 75, of 1807 East Trail Drive, Wilson, NC, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2020 at his home.

A graveside service is scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1717 Lane Street Ext., Wilson, NC.

A public walk-through visitation is scheduled for Thursday, October 1, 2020, from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. 

Preceding Amos in death were: his parents, Robert and   Mildred Jolly; his brothers, Jonas Jolly, Alfred Burgest and    Emmitt Jolly; his sisters, Joyce Jolly and Edith Reed.

 Amos leaves precious memories to: his beloved wife of 47 years, Clarise Jolley of the home; his daughter, Ditina Jolley; three grandsons, Quinsa Jolley, Terrance Jolley and Tevin     Jolley, all of Greensboro, NC; four great grandchildren; five brothers, Robert Jolley, Jr. (JoAnn) of Albany, GA, Rev.      Lawrence Jolly of Brewton, AL, Horace Jolly (Rosemary) of Norman Park, GA; Rec. Rufus Jolly (Valerie) of Moultrie, GA and Glanzer Jolly (Brenda) of Wilson, NC; four sisters, Mildred Williams of Tallahassee, FL, Zelma Bridges (Herbert), Gladys Hamm (Christopher), all of Wilson, NC and Janice Yarborough of Cleveland, OH; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and  loving friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
