Willie Gray Lucas

Mr. Willie Gray Lucas, 60, of 4325 Camellia Drive, Wilson, NC, passed away on August 16, 2017.

Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 1:00 pm at L N Forbes OFWB Tabernacle, 1800 Lane Street, Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Saturday, August 19,2017 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther kIng, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Mr. Lucas was preceded in death by his father, John Henry Lucas; five brothers, Bill Eatmon, James Eatmon, John Sidney Lucas, James Thomas Lucas and Bernard Lucas.

He leaves cherished memories to: his wife Lisa Everette Lucas ; five children, Reginald Everette and Leea Lucas both of the home, Dante (Alicia) Lucas of Richmond, VA, Dara (Karseem)  Matthews of Fayetteville, NC and Staccato (Ashley) Lucas of Wilmington, NC; one granddaughter, Aiyana Matthews; his mother, Alma Wilkins Lucas of Wilson, NC; mother-in-law, Agnes Everette of Wilson, NC; four brothers, Louis Eatmon of Greensboro, NC, Clee (Charlene) Lucas of Upper Marlboro, MD, Leon (Theresa) Lucas of Wilson, NC and Wade Lucas of Wilson, NC; seven sisters, Annette Davis of Wilson, NC, Helen (Ivory) Neal of Kenly, NC, Delores Johnson of Bowie, MD,Dollie (Joseph) Dobbins of Crofton, MD, Linda (Alvin) Royston-Davies of Charlotte, NC, Pamela Lucas of Knightdale, NC and Alma (Thomas) Mumford of Newport News, VA; a special sister-in-law, Evelyn Lucas; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home where they will assemble on Sunday at 12:00 noon in preparation for the funeral procession.
