Thomas Earl Forte

Mr. Thomas Earl Forte, 58, of  252 Rose Street, Rocky Mount, NC, passed away on November 7, 2018 at Nash General Hospital in Rocky Mount, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Contending For The Faith Church Ministries, 1006 Academy Street, Wilson, NC. Pastor Winston Lynch will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Thomas was preceded in death by: his parents, Jessie L. Forte and Corrinne Forte; his daughter, Ashley Forte; one sister, Janice Marie Forte and two brothers, Willie Lee Forte and Lindley Forte.

He leaves precious memories to: his loving wife, Angela Vines Forte of the home; one daughter, Jasmine Forte Reynolds of Wilson, NC; two sisters, Dorothy Beckwith of Raleigh, NC and Margaret Daniels of Wilson, NC; two brothers, Jessie Lee Forte Jr. of Cary, NC and Carl Van Forte of Oxford, NC; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Taneika Vines Peterson (Tyrone) who were like a sister and brother to him; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including two special nieces, Ontansia Peterson and Zynesha Peterson.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
