Theresa Dew Farmer

Ms. Theresa Dew Farmer, 52, of 905 Elizabeth Road, Wilson, NC, passed away on November 28, 2018 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Flat Rock Church in Sims, NC. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC and from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm also at Flat Rock Church in Sims, NC

Theresa was preceded in death by her grandparents, James Thomas Dew and Henrietta Davis Dew; two uncles, James Thomas Dew, Jr. (June) Nathan Earl Dew and her aunt, Dora Margaret Sharp.

She leaves cherished memories to her mother, Brenda Rubeana Dew-Alston (Donnie); daughters, Donna Denise Dew of Wilson, NC; Brittany Elizabeth Farmer of Fresno, CA; son, Terence Taylor Linton of Wilson, NC; three sisters, Henrietta Dew-Hinnant (Charles) of Bailey, NC; Linda Fae Wilson (Joseph) of Elm City, NC; Brenda Renee’ Dew of Wilson, NC; brother Albert Earl Dew of Wilson, NC; six grandchildren, three aunts, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a bounty of friends.

The family will receive friends at the home where they will assemble on Sunday at 4:00 pm in preparation for the funeral procession.
