Sheila Ann Allen Hines

Mrs. Sheila Ann Allen Hines, 77, of 901 Viola St. E, Wilson, NC, passed away on Friday , August 16, 2019 at her home. 

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 1:00 pm at L N Forbes OFWB Tabernacle, 1800 Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC.  Pastor Eric Barnes will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Mrs. Hines was preceded in death by: her husband, Benjamin F. Hines, Sr.; parents, Sylvester Allen and Minnie Tarboro Allen; three stepchildren, Phyllis Bernadette Hines, Gordon Ronell Hines and Reginald Hines and two sisters, Minnie Ruth Allen and Gracie Marie Allen.  

She leaves cherished memories to: two sons, Victor L. Allen (De'dra) of Dumfries, VA and William C. Pender of Raleigh, NC; one daughter, Jacqueline Kyri Campbell of the home; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; one step-son, Benjamin Franklin Hines, Jr. (Jeanette) of Augusta, GA; one niece; two nephews; several great nieces and nephews; a very close and dear friend that was like a sister to her, Linda Barnes of Wilson, NC; a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home where they will assemble on Saturday at 12:00 noon in preparation for the funeral procession. 

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
