Semonthy E. "aka Samantha" Sauls

Semonthy E. "Samantha"  Sauls 75, of 401 Pike Street, Apt. 101, Wilson, NC, passed away on July 29, 2018.  

The funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 11: 00 am at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. Apostle Tonettte Woodard will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC.

A public visitation is also scheduled for Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel.

Ms. Sauls was preceded in death by her parents  Elgin Hicks and Bonnie Grace Edmundson; her grandparents, Arthur Edmundson and Lannie Edmundson, who reared her and one brother, Larry Edmundson. 

She leaves cherished memories to: two sons, Gene Arthur Sauls of Wilson, NC and Elgin Lee Sauls of Plainfield, NJ; two daughters, Kimberly Sue Sauls Yelverton (Jerome) of Rocky Mount, NC and Meridith Dawn Sauls Williams (Antwan) of Wilson, NC; ten grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; one great great granchild; three sisters,  Joyce Hicks, Annie Kendricks (Devandas) and Elnora Allen all of Richmond, VA; ; one brother-in-law, Sherwood Sauls of Wilson, NC; seven sisters-in-law, Audrey Edmundson, Hazel Spells, Nancy Sauls and Majorie Sauls  all of  Wilson, NC, Shirley Bowden (Robert) and Cathy Sauls both of Raleigh, NC  and Annette Sauls of Atlanta, GA; one aunt, Daphne Lewis of Wilson, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Services are being handled by Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC
