Rose Page was born to Robert E. Joyner and Dora Woodard Joyner on September 1, 1946 in Wilson, North Carolina.

On April 13, 2019, while visiting her son in Grand Rapids, Michigan, our Heavenly Father called Rose home to rest.
A Time To Grow
Rose was reared in Wilson County, North Carolina and received her formal education with the Wilson County Public School System.
Following her educational endeavors, she entered the workforce to provide for her family.
A Time To Live and Love
Rose loved the simple things in life; watching TV and spending time with her family.
A Time of Remembrance
Rose was preceded in death by: her husband, Joe Page; her parents, Robert and Dora Joyner; her grandmother, Liz Woodard Cooper; one sister, Dora Hines and one brother, Eddie L. Cooper Sr.; four aunts, Rose Cooper, Katie Horne, Joyce Reid and Liz Cooper and one uncle, James Cooper.
A Time To Cherish
Cherished memories will be left to: her husband, Donnie Powell; one loving son, Marvin Page (Marcia) and a special nephew that raised like a son, Mark Joyner; four sisters, Shirley Watson (Calvin), Ruby Wiley, Faye Joyner and Pamela Jones; one brother, Robert E. Joyner Jr.; two aunts, Dottie Horne and Dorothy Mae Manning; one uncle, Red Cooper; 77 nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends including a special cousin, Lonnie Cooper.
