Robert "Boy" Horne

Mr. Robert "Boy" Horne, 77, of 1745 St. James Plaza, Apt. 17, Wilson, NC  passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Wilson, Medical Center.

The funeral service is scheduled for Sunday, July 22, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. Pastor Douglas Atkinson will deliver the eulogy.

Burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Mr. Horne was preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe Horne and Anna Hardy Horne and four sisters, Nettie Atkinson, Nora Kelly, Alice Jean Wyatt and Ella Croskey.

He leaves cherished memories to: four sons, Tyrone Darden (Angela) of Goldsboro, NC, Robert Epps and Jason Horne both of New York and Jonathan Horne of Ohio; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Rodgers of Elm City, NC and Annie Margaret Horne of Tampa, FL; two brothers, Albert Horne (Veronica) of Newark, NJ and Moses Horne of Elm City, NC; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
