Maggie Belle Rasberry

Mrs. Maggie Belle Rasberry, 88, of Wilson, NC, passed away on May 31, 2019 at Wilson Medical Center.

The funeral service is scheduled for Friday, June 7, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Brown Chapel FWB Church, 1507 Hadley Street, Wilson, NC. Burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC. A public visitation will also be held on Friday, June 7, at 12:00 noon, one hour prior to the funeral service at Brown Chapel FWB Church.

Mrs. Rasberry was preceded in death by: her husband, Charlie Rasberry; one daughter, Mary Rasberry; great grandson, Darion Edwards; her mother, Mary Phelps and two sisters, Christine Boylans and Phrocine Phelps.

Left to cherish precious memories are:  her children, Charles Phelps of Walstonburg, NC, Deborah Pender of Elm City, NC, Barbara Thompson (Frank) of Rocky Mount, NC, Jimmie Rasberry (Wilhelmina) of Wilson, NC, Diane  Smith (Carl) of Elm City, NC, Ben Rasberry of Wilson, NC and Al ice Rasberry of Wilson, NC; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great grand children; one great-great grandchild and a host of nieces,     nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including special friends, Eunice Holmes, Debra Pender, Margie Taylor and Rea Williams.

Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
