I first met Lolita back in 2000, when I was hired to work in her same law office at the USPTO. She quickly became one of my favorite co-workers, as she was always incredibly kind and and positive and generous with her time. Even though I didn't see her as often once I started working from home, I loved running into her at the office. Her smile and laughter always made my day... She will be missed...

To my one and only Brother Darious, Niece Lisa, Nephew Derrick, I know without a shadow of doubt you"ll miss her and that your hearts are heavy right now. Please believe me when your sister Evon tells you that The Lord God Almighty Himself will comfort you and every tear drop that shall fall, and they will fall, God has promise to bottle them all up because each tear drop tells a story. Darious God will take care of you He is the Good Shepard that watches over his very own and will not put no more upon you that you will not be able to bear.

Lisa and Derrick Auntie Evon and Cousin Butch will always be there for you. We love you both and are praying for you. Auntie can understand how you are feeling because of your late Grandma Naomi. Just remember the Joy and Laughter that your mother brought to so so so many. God can't lie He will take care of you all because It is true that earth has no sorrow that Heaven can't heal. Hold on to the precious memories and let her now live thru you all. Love Auntie

My condolences to the family of Lolita Best. Although I am saddened to hear of the passing of Lolita, I am comforted knowing that she is resting in the arms of the one who loved her most for it was well with her soul. Through our conversations while working at the USPTO there were a couple of important things I learned about Lolita, she loved her family and she loved God! I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to know such a sweet, loving, caring, kind person as Lolita. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I was devastated to hear from Lolita’s aunt that she had passed. I have known Lolita since we were about five years old. Whenever I saw her, that same smile was always there highlighting her dimples. Though I tried several times, I’m sorry that I didn’t get a chance to visit her during her illness. I will forever be grateful for our friendship. To her family, I offer my deepest sympathy. Mr. Butler, Carl, and Timmy, you will be in my prayers.

I loved Lolita like my own sister. I wish we could have had more time with her. She was always very kind to me and had a sweet spirit. She was a beautiful woman and was always smiling with those big dimples when I saw her. She always tried to make me feel like family and I will miss her. I'm so hurt by this but I know that she is somewhere in heaven laughing and free of the pain she suffered. I wish I could be there in person to hug you all. My condolences go to you Lisa and Derrick. She is truly gone too soon. Dad, I'm sorry for your loss, I know how much you love each of your children and it was clear that Lolita held a special place in your heart.

To the family,
My condolences to the loss of your love one. I know it is hard to deal with this grief-stricken pain. But God, whose name is Jehovah, stated in his word the Bible that “death will be no more”. (Psalms 83:18, 1 Timothy 3:16, Revelation 21:4). Also, his son, Jesus Christ, assured us at John 5:28,29: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment”. So, rest assured, you will be able to see your love one again.
I’ve attached a link to one of our tracts from our website, jw.org. The tract asks this question, “Can the Dead Really Live Again?” It has wonderful scriptural encouragement that will help from God’s word.
Again, my sincerest condolences,
J. Bryant
