Funeral services for Ms. Joanne Woodard, 57, of Raleigh, NC, will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 beginning at 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy, Wilson, NC.  The committal services will follow in the Hamilton Burial Gardens located on Lane Street Ext., Wilson, NC.  

Ms. Woodard leaves to cherish her memories; two daughters, Evonie Woodard and Stephanie Woodard both of Raleigh, NC; seven grandchildren, Deja Woodard, Shardai Woodard, Tyshaun Woodard, Natasha Woodard, Tacari Woodard, Stephen Woodard and Stephon Woodard; one great-grandchild, Kaleah Woodard; her mother, Classie Brown, of Wilson, NC; five sisters, Carolyn Woodard and Denise Woodard both of Raleigh, NC, Mary Pickett of Texas, Dorothy Pickett of Minnesota and Shay White of New Jersey; one brother, Larry Pickett of Pittsburgh, PA and a host of other relatives and friends.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home.  At other times the family will be receiving friends at 403 Forrest Road, Wilson, NC.
